Kyogo has signed for Birmingham, really interested to see how he gets on at Championship level. He was class in Scotland, him and Stansfield will be a nightmare to play against as neither ever stops running
There's a few things striking me about all this. Firstly, it can't be the end of the spending, what we've done so far wouldn't quite be enough so we may as well not have spent all that money. Secondly, the new signings must have been promised other reinforcements or they wouldn't have come. Thirdly we seem to be balancing the likes of Talbi with experience like Reinildo, winning the ball and allowing Enzo, etc, to get the ball forward quickly. I don't think we've seen the half of it all yet.
We're well into silly season now. The 2 names being talked about are ridiculous at each end of the scale. There is absolutely no world in which we get Grealish. None. Brewster is the worst name we've been linked with. He's 25, had an absolutely nothing career and has just been released by a championship club. It would be an awful signing and I'd be shocked if the club were even remotely interested.
****ing hell mate, you look like a young lad what do you do on a weekend having kids sorted me out ha
I agree. And of course, by now, Brewster will be a comfortable millionaire so unlikely to be driven by hunger. I never saw anything in him. Maybe someone at our place does, but I wouldn't have wanted him in the Championship. He looks like the type Boro keep signing.
Diarra now in Mulhouse, which is where I’m guessing he lived when at Strasbourg probably not long til he flies over probably saying goodbyes / getting stuff together
Only link I’ve seen is us Roma has been loosely linked and of course teams in turkeys but strong link is only us
That championship looks awful to get out if next season. I'd expect Ipswich, Southampton, Birmingham, Wrexham, Norwich & Coventry to be right up there. Can add in Leicester if they avoid a points deduction. Forgot about shef utd too. So pleased we came up this year.
