The only way we could do it is if we play lifelong just him v 11 every week <laugh>

I take it Grealish would be a loan

Maybe spending money on Grealish wages as a loan rather than on a transfer fee on a winger, imagine if we go 50/50 the amount we pay over a season would be less than signing someone permanently?

Maybe if we had him on loan and it was a 60/40 split or something

It’s fantasy island but my days he’d be idolised here.

Love him as a player, love him as a bloke he is brilliant with fans and such.

It bothers me not one bit that he enjoys his life out of season.

Would be a mind blowing signing but 300k a week is not possible for any team outside CL.

yeh perhaps but in this scenario the wages would be “wasted” and we wouldn’t have an asset that retains or grows in value.

I think Wheatsheaf more likely defending a corner in this one…

If he keeps us up we’d get a hell of a lot more back, probably a decision to made whether he would do that and if he would have enough of an influence. Think once you stay up once makes it much easier to do so the next season

50/50 cost us around £7.5m in wages.

Thats’s not as cloud cuckoo land as it seems.

Let them think what they want. I’m hoping we surprise a lot of these other fan bases.

Ah man my dad would implode, he thinks he is the worst player in the history of the premier league :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Grealish in a free role, or at least a much less rigid role than at Man City, can be brilliant at times.

I do like Grealish but if even 10% of the rumours about his off the pitch conduct are right then I wouldn't want him.
