There are no accusations, this is all based off one tweet from a local journo that was desperate to give the impression he had known about this all day despite not reporting it. Nobody has come forth and made any accusations. If you are a local company that is overdue being paid, now is the time you would speak out.

 

in the latest podcast someone mentioned a catering firm & a cleaning firm owed money from city
