I pretty much agree with this as unless a club like ours has an injury crisis or the young player is a top talent he probably won't get game time but further down the pyramid he can get real world experience . Mind you it helps if you are built like Tom Huddlestone whose debut at 16 i remember seeing and going "is he **** 16 ! "
