Definitely. Yes he has weaknesses but he's only 23 and will come on massively over next 18 months or so. He's quick, good with both feet, can shoot, can assist, and it's already mates with several of our players.
Do you actually check your stats out before you post? The world beater that is Elliot Anderson got 2 goals and 6 assists last season. Elanga got 6 goals and 11 assists. Murillo got 2 goals and 0 assists. MGW got 7 goals and 10 assists Ola Aina got 2 goals and 1 assist
Not talking about G/A mate, talking about influence in respective areas. I just think Elanga is a straight line runner, counter attacker. Our issues for over 2 years have been defeating a low block. I’ve no idea how Elanga solves that problem. J.Pedro I understood as he has a bit of magic, but Elanga is just a younger (though better) Murphy. Still I’ll get behind the lad, just feels like another Barnes to me. Hit and miss, one trick pony, too much money, not very exciting.
Gives us a very very fast as **** forward dynamic that will be very difficult to defend against. with the 3 in central midfield difficult to get the ball off and 3 quick forwards I reckon we'll find the way
He's the right winger. Joao Pedro would have played behind Isak. The plan was to get both. Think we'll get a play similar to Pedro as well
