He'll always make his players happy by not pushing for extra money if they want to leave.

But realistically, an extra twenty quid on each adult membership will raise less than 500k. I understand not wanting to haggle for players who want to leave, and risk upsetting them if the other team pulls out, but a bit of haggling could easily equal a few hundred grand on a few transfers. Realistically, how much might we have got for Pedro?
