Biggest thing was that Baz reckons McBurnie is likely to make a decision next week and it's between us and Sheff United. He mentioned that there was at one point a belief that they wouldn't be in for him with Wilder gone but that they still are and it's down to them and us. Realistically, I can't see many reasons he'd choose us over them, so I hope we have other irons in the fire for that position.

Reiterated the thing about us being in talks for a loan of a PL left back.

Mentioned a slightly different role for Andy Dawson in the setup but didn't say what it was.

He started to demonstrate how to pronounce Laalaoui but ended up just making an unconvincing noise and then never revisiting it (Kalman will love that bit). Personally I still feel uninformed about whether he's a serious first team signing or not, Baz didn't get into that either unfortunately.

Feels to me like they haven't done a shred of research into Laalaoui and what he might offer.

It's a shame really, there is so much potential for the podcast to be really informative, but it ends up with Prutton waffling on for minutes on end trying to use as many big words as possible, then generic cliches being spouted by the rest.

I'd love them to use their platform to actually analyse players/the team in general and give us plebs an insight.
