Good venue that, surprisingly, saw Elbow there last week.

Alanis was supposed to be there, but they moved it to one of Cardiff's fields (they don't have parks, they have fields. Yes, it's that ****).

So now, seeing Alanis Morissette in a field. Which might not be quite so good.

Nothing but Thieves are excellent live.
Snow Patrol playing the same venue James are but they're on Thursday, not my thing.

Interesting fact, or probably not, Snow Patrol were the last band to do a live performance on Top of the Pops

I've seen Alanis at the time of the album and she was good but I was there to see The Who and Dylan. Mrs luv going with her parents to see Alanis in Cardiff castle soon. Not sure when.

I have started putting them in my juicer whole. They are not bitter (unlike papaya and mango skins) so don't really affect the taste, and it saves peeling them.

She is playing the Lytham festival on 4th July. Much more upmarket than Glastonbury - its on Lytham Green.

It's next Wednesday, and it's been moved to the cricket pitches at Blackweir.

Apart from being almost cliché late and so doing a shortened set, no diva stuff.

She was a bit teary at first, and took a while to get going, but she was very strong voice wise.

There was an odd hologram bit in the middle for Norman ****ing Rockwell, which I'd have preferred she actually sang on stage!

I bought another lot and because I know I can now eat the skin, I just wash them under the tap to get any loose fibres off, then just slice it, then again so they are in halves, and eat them like that, a little more chewy (to be expected) but saves ****ing about with them like I use to.

Healthwise seems quite a good fruit to eat, the ripe and ready ones i buy work out at 32p a Kiwi, seems worth it.

I never really ever see the appeal in all this. The quintessential English treat, think I'd rather go and get some fish and chips....and a pint of beer...of course.

The scone is dry and just leaves a horrible taste in your mouth, the cream is ****, and jam is jam, mostly full of sugar that also sticks to your teeth. All I'd be interested in his sucking the jam out and leaving the rest lol, anyone for tea...
