Won't be long before the window opens. Will be very interesting to see what happens. Will we see big signings, hinting at an ambitious campaign, or will it fail to raise any excitement? The excitement is killing me

Wycombe Wanderers’ academy is pleased to welcome three new members of staff ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, with Lewis Bush, Jack Matthews and Ed Ryan-Moore coming on board this summer.

Lewis joins from Sheffield Wednesday as Professional Development Phase Analyst, taking up a key role in the delivery of analysis services to support coaching, individual player development and team performance in the PDP phase.

Jack is the academy’s new Individual Development Coach, arriving from AFC Wimbledon where he’d spent eight years coaching across various age groups, and he will play a significant role in the individual development of players across the academy pathway, including planning, delivering and reviewing on and off-pitch work that meets the needs of individuals.

Ed arrives as the new Physical Performance Lead from Chelsea, where he has been delivering physical development coaching to the women's first team, and will oversee the physical development and player monitoring of academy players, having also previously worked at Fulham.

Surprising that Phil Catchpole has gone. I wonder what brought that on

I've been on holiday for 16 days, completely out of the loop apart from Sky Sports. Looks like they are more interested in the academy. Phil Catchpole could be the same problem as Blooms
