    We should probably rescind our current offer now then to see just how desperate Burnley's current financial's are as no other team seems particularly interested in Trafford so it's not like we have to get into a bidding war so Eddie needs to play hardball with PSR stricken teams like he said he wanted too much like Forest took advantage of us by taking Elliott Anderson and offloading an unwanted expensive Greek GK on us.

    Rumours that Brighton are sticking to their asking price of around £75m for JP. If that's true, I hope we go elsewhere fast.

    I’d imagine 75m Euros (£64m) is more like the figure. Think a lot gets lost in Chinese whispers about fees etc online but agree £75m would be to much for him.

    edit just to clarify - that’s also to much for him, you could get an Isak and nearly a whole Schar for that…
