What I love, is Monday after a good roast dinner.

My wonderful wife always makes loads of extra roasties. I absolutely love a roast spud sarnie. Slap some horseradish and it is lush.

Another one, if we have chicken she always does three types of stuffing. Because I just love stuffing. Then a stuffing sarnie, with plenty of salt on. Heaven.

I always make these for Christmas dinner instead of pigs in blankets. Streaky bacon wrapped around sage & onion stuffing.
Have some cold on boxing day, with a slice of turkey in a bun with English mustard.
    Tremendous.
