I think most of them NFL stadiums and they have a break every 10 seconds and their season doesn't start till much later in the year .
Yes, Most American sports only last a small portion of the year. NFL is Autumn/Early Winter. Basketball is spring. Baseball is summer. Some stadiums have roofs- I worked for a company that made the steel for one of the stadium roofs once. Baseball is the sport here that deals with the most heat- and as it so happens, it's a fairly sedentary sport, so perfect for hot weather- they're barely moving for 90% of the game... Also temperatures usually vary- for example my wife was in Wisconsin a few weeks ago and it was pleasant teens (C). There's a heat bubble over the US right now so most is unusually hot. Usually though, comparing New England weather to Southern weather is a bit like comparing Greece to Scotland.... There's going to be a big difference in temperature (usually).
**** me that’s embarrassing from the England U-21’s keeper to concede the equaliser the England keeper is called Beadle, first name Jeremy.
Kind of hope Elliott gives it one more year to try and force his way into the side but if not then maybe a loan or something rather than a sale will be better for us
Elliott had a quiet first half, but came alive second half with two great goals. Hope we keep him, but he will struggle to force his way into our midfield, unless we pick up a few injuries.
Looks like subbing him off v Germany rather than keep grinding has paid off for carsley. Elliott is now leading scorer and should win the golden boot unless someone goes nuts tonight
My thoughts exactly. Who knows, if Slot's watching the England games it may give him something to think about. We need a squad with what 60 games coming up? It may come down to how badly Elliott wants to be a starter vs staying at the club he loves where he will also continue to win trophies.
i thought that the Cresswell fault was the one which cost the goal plus then the Dutch forward hit the perfect shot
Sorry, irrespective of the fact Cresswell missed the ball , look where OhIo actually hit the ball, there is no excuse for any goalkeeper to concede a goal like that.
i'm surprised it doesn't happen more often as many keepers are in far worse positions but not many forwards connect like Ohlo did . still think Cresswells error is the fault that led to the goal
Wow that’s harsh Thought he did well to nearly get back He was positioned for England retaining the ball No one could have expected Cresswell to do that Almost the perfect through ball and the shot was sublime Giving the Dutch player the credit for me
