    Cut and paste from Twitter:

    Euro U-21 2025

    ☑️3 games
    ⏱️195 minutes
    ⚽️2 goals
    ️1 assist
    3 key passes
    2 big chances created
    ⚡️5/7 successful dribbles
    ️6 tackles

...if we can get him for £5.1m that'd really take the biscuit

No idea about any players in Europe or the Premier league in fact make that any players outside SAFC really. But from what I've read it seems we have stepped up another level in the young talent we are now targeting. Hopefully the club can sell what they have done for Jobe to their targets and beat teams who are arguably more established due to the fact we will offer game times and a clear progression plan which includes letting them move on when the time is right for them!

I'd say our policies attract the right kind of players as well mate.

The likes of Chelsea are welcome to those who want the wages and don't care about playing in the first team, happy to be shunted around Europe on loan then moved on. They're quite possibly more talented but also more likely to disrupt our team spirit and cause us problems ... in my opinion.

Our strength is that we recruit players who want to play and develop. I expect as part of the “filtering” process they removes the hanger ones .
We all respect the players who try the hardest even if they aren’t the best , look at Luke’s onien [ hope he stays ] . Every player that comes in will be desperate to play and that is what we want .

Exactly, we are the perfect club for a player to develop. We will give young, exciting, ambitious players with huge potential game time to grow and learn. They get to do this with like minded individuals who have the same goals. They are aided by a few experienced players who whilst they enjoy the ride, aren't in it for themselves and it almost seems they enjoy seeing their young team mates developing as much as us fans do.

Bang on. We can show evidence of young players getting a proper chance here, many really taking it.

Rigg, Mayenda, Jobe, Watson, all teenagers and flourishing,

Ballard, Cirkin, Mundle, Clarke, Hume, Pattinson, Neil all about twenty when they were hoyed in. All have grabbed the chance.

I've missed some I'm sure, but that is a startling list when you look at it. Any young player who fancies himself good enough, and is within our reach and interest, must look at it and think, " why not me?".

That Bischoff looks a real player and at that price we'd be silly to not go for him.

Spot on mate, there'll be ambitious young lads at clubs where they feel they're stagnating.

You'd imagine they'll be asking their agents about Sunderland.

I think us supporters are becoming accustomed to the idea that allowing players to leave, when the time is right, is also the best way to attract players.

As long as we're also raising the standard of the existing squad that's fine in my opinion.

Allowing Jobe to leave is balanced by the likes of Enzo coming in ...

... it's a delicate balance but it all seems to be part of a plan, it's just radical for Sunderland to actually have one.

We get the right attitude in a player with a lot of these aswell. Lads in their 20's have come some of them in League 1 for first team football when it would be easy to stay at Arsenal, Spurs etc...

I really like Cirkin and would be sad to lose him but I'd piggyback him to london for £20m with a year left on his deal.

Not really. Can't see them offering £20 million either. Probably the only truthful bit of the article is that Spurs need homegrown players for Europe

I wouldn't be in a rush to get rid of Cirkin. Everyone has their price but if he wants to stay and sign a new contract we should defo keep him.

After a first and huge season of Swiss Super League, under the colors of Yverdon Sport, which is unfortunately relegated at the end of the play-offs, Franco-Malian midfielder Moussa Baradji should change his airs this summer.

According to Africafoot information, Sunderland contacted the representatives of the 24-year-old player.
Looking for reinforcements for their great return to the gotha of English football, the Blacks Cats hope to find an agreement with Moussa Baradji.

Moussa Baradji followed by several clubs? His entourage makes the suspense last
According to our sources, the player's profile is very pleasing to Régis Le Bris, the French coach of Sunderland. On the other hand, it will be necessary to pay nearly 3 million euros to be able to attach the services of the "Magic Left" of Yverdon Sport whose contract runs until June 30th, 2026.

    Source: Moussa Baradji's Instagram account
Author of an exceptional season on a personal level, with 4 goals and 3 assists in 27 games played in the league with Yverdon Sport, Moussa Baradji has already been approached by several European clubs this summer. Fiorentina, Parma AC, Torino FC, FC Basel and Celtic Glasgow would be after him. Galatasaray is also one of the player's suitors, as announced exclusively by Africafoot in April.

Thus, it will now be difficult for Yverdon Sport to keep its Franco-Malian midfielder for a long time, recruited last summer for 250,000 euros from the modest formation of Legnago, playing in the Italian Serie C.

He was mentioned on the BBC Radio Scotland football thingy last week although Miller was also discussed. The pundits thought Celtic would suit his so he could advance his Scotland career. I didn’t really buy that tbh, he's already guaranteed to play sooner or later.
