On the 10th December 2011 Chelsea confirmed that Nicolas Anelka will head to Chinese super club Shanghai Shenhua F.C and it is rumoured his salary will be as high as £175,00 per week. Regardless of the details, a great servant for the cause and in my eyes a class player...he was class for city, class for bolton and class for us
what a complete lack of ambition shown by the player, he's 32 for crying out loud. why chuck away the final years of his playing career for cash? he could go to spurs, psg etc, its a shame, he could always go to qatar or wherever when he's 34/35 mercenary.
