    Got round to watching Sinners.

Not sure how much to spoil it for people but great start, great ending but the stupid bit in the middle just isn’t my cup of tea.

Started watching it Friday turned it off 30 minutes into it just could not really get in to it, might have been the wrong time to watch it some films to me you have to be in the right mood to watch suppose this is one of them.

Funny that - I stopped watching in episode 1 precisely because I thought it was clichéd .

I had heard good things, and enjoyed the start, but it was quite dark so you needed to be in a dark room to see everything and a lot of the speech was quite mumbled so I had to concentrate.
It was ok I suppose, but if you turned off then you missed it just getting stupid.

I can see why you’d think that, but it does get better the more you watch.

Made a big mistake last night, I watched Equalizer 3, Netflix. Absolute load of tripe, no plot, no dialogue, no humour, just a few poorly constructed scenes of an old bloke killing the Mafia with the CIA hanging around doing not very much and contributing nothing to the film. Avoid at all costs!

Opinions eh! Denzel could have been a CGI image for what he put into that film, in fact the whole film could have been CGI with an AI-generated script!

It passes the time well if you're on a long flight and can't sleep. Hope that helps.

Deep Cover is enjoyable. A dramedy film about improv actors who work undercover for the police. Some well-known stars in it.

I just finished North Shore on Netflix (though it was originally on ITV in 20203), a crime drama set in Sydney.

A British detective is sent to Australia as an observer, following the murder of the 19 year old daughter of a UK minister.

The story's okay, some of the acting is a bit suspect, the English actors are better than the Aussie ones.

Not brilliant, but not terrible either.

Yes, I’d agree with that, not great but ok as a fill in if you’re struggling to find something to watch.

I watched the first episode of the first season of The Gold last night, not sure how I missed it the first time around but so far so good and a nostalgia trip back to the early 80’s.
