But for Someone to proclaim themselves Baz is a bit weird. You can't give yourself a nickname.

See, if Boss supplied the kit, there'd be no need to constantly be changing the manager's initials on the kit when we're sacking so frequently.

I think it peaked in the 80s.

I understand though that it has probably remained more in use in it's heartlands of Australia and Essex.
