This is going to sound a little silly, but it almost doesn't matter. He just has to be an improvement on literally nobody, as our club-trained numbers are so ****. I do think that he's a worthwhile signing regardless of that, though. Out of contract, experienced, plays both wings and would probably be happy with rotation. His only major weakness is his height, which I think Frank would be ok with. He switched Keane Lewis-Potter to left-back a lot last season and he's similarly small. Reuniting with Danny Rose?

The buy back was around £6million apparently. Even with a year left, they will want a lot more than that. Plus would he want to come back? Didn’t he leave to get regular football? Realistically he’s gonna be there to help the club trained numbers.
