Surprised we don't have troops guarding these bases, so that they could get shot for entering military territory...although probably not allowed to do that, and with cut backs over decades probably not enough soldiers to guard these places.
It’s probably been outsourced to Serco who use a guy who also does part-time security at a Tesco Express.
I remember a security guy who had 2 or 3 alsations in his van, I love alsations had one as a kid, but **** me these ones were ferocious, it's where you ask yourself the question, do you really want to put a friendly hand out to them. He use to go round gaffs that need nightime protection, the gafs would be locked up and he would just let the dogs run free...if they came back we an arm or leg you knew they'd caught someone. In reality probably more noise than bark just as a deterent.
The beauty of the UK is that you can have the best surveillance and layers of security etc, but if somebody dressed up as a Boy Scout selling cookies for charity turns up at the gate, somebody is bound to let just let them in
Yep think that was Luv’s old job. It’s no wonder Iran see us as a soft touch now he’s doing telesales from home
As a mate of mine said to me the other day, the purpose of security in shops is to hold the door open for shoplifters.
Palestine Action Group to be proscribed (banned) by the government. Will probably be brought forward by the government on Monday, in affect branding it terrorism. Going to be going down for a long time then if caught.
Should be banned, but first and foremost, how the **** did the RAF allow this to happen? Vandals can run in and spray paint planes, what about sabotage
I had a look to see what sort of sentence they could possibly get when caught, which they will be...if listed under terrorism that's a min 14 years starting point I believe. The only other example I found which wasn't listed as terrorism I don't think, is Just Stop Oil attack planes at Stansted in 2024, but that's not due to come to trial until later this year, so can't use that as a benchmark. Mind you if protestors can get 3 years (was it) for climbing a bridge, attacking RAF military hardware is going to be far greater.
