Doubters and haters will always be there. Even the best have those. Khan's route after Prescott was the best one. He fought the best puncher in his weight class and won.
He won barley, Maidana rocked him so many times and if it had gone another round Khan would have been stopped, this does give any critic confidence regarding his chin in fact a major issue was brought up in that Maidana who is not technically good found Khan's chin far too much in that fight, if he was to fight someone like Mosley who hits harder than maidana, is technically better and is faster then I think Khan would get knocked out. If he had beaten Prescott he could have redeemed his defeat, shut critics up regarding spoon fed opponents and would of had another decent name under his win record. Instead he chose the easy route and now considers himself one of the elite in the Welterweight division alongside Pacquaio and Mayweather despite the fact that he’s fought very few top opponents and is not a full blown welterweight, the guy is insanely arrogant and it will be his downfall especially if he wants to fight Mayweather next.

He did warn Khan several times before he actually took the first point."
