Mark Goldbridge, of all people, sums up how I feel more than Klopp does. I'd never boo a Liverpool player on the pitch, and I still hope he receives his medal tomorrow, and then is on the parade on Monday. Nonetheless, if I was at the ground tomorrow (I'll probably be outside) I wouldn't boo him - I'd just ignore the ****. I am at the parade on Monday, and I'll just pretend he isn't there - a pity as I'll be at the Jolly Miller, which is just a few hundred metres from where the lad himself grew up.

But Klopp saying what he has just dragged it all up again - and once more it's all about Trent. Even if we don't clap and chant his name (and I ****ing wouldn't do that under pain of death) never mind boo him, SkySports and MoTD have still got their martyr story, and the rest of the country's fanbases have got their little snipe point to try and goad us with something, anything on our glory days.

You're right. He absolutely deserved to have a spectacular send off and but for the way he handled it, he would have had the best one yet. All he had to do was wait until after the parade to make his announcement. It's not as if someone threatened to break the news thus forcing him into speaking out when he did. It's been the worst kept secret for a while. According to some, he's has his mind made up on leaving for possibly up to two years. Just holding out for four more weeks was all that was needed. Actually as fans, we deserved to see off one of our own in the best way possible.

I think Klopp may have reignited things with giving the media another big headline "I switched off the TV". He would have been better following Slot's example on this one even allowing for the fact that they both have a completely different relationship with Trent. Klopp should have remembered his previous quote "what's important isn't what people think of you when you come into the club but what they think when you leave".

Seen a few things from Goldbridge and despite fact he’s a huge untied fan he does seem to speak a lot of sense. Can’t say see many of his vids so I assume a lot of sensational stuff to get views but majority of it seems quite normal.

this is it. All the stuff the club wants to do to honour TAA at training with party’s, speeches etc, absolutely fine. To the players it’s a guy moving to a new job and we’ve all been there and wished them well. I do think the lfc media team have misread the room with pitting it out there on social media as all you’re doing is splitting the fan base. Keep that stuff in house.

They def don’t need to make a huge deal about TAA tomorrow. If he was retiring like Carra or Gerrard then fine. But he’s not, he’s leaving like many have left before and tomorrow is all about celebrating the season and cheering on the players and looking forward to next year.

Fact is his work rate and defending have actually got worse. His defending was always his weakest part o his game, especially tracking a runner, but it used to be said that he could defend when he wanted too, but he seems to bought his own hype about being some creative master genius, so doesn't feel the need to work hard to defend so it's all declined further.
