Feels like Isreal is desperate to find someone worse than themselves because in that is a little victory and easy foolings when pulling the wool over Western eyes…as they continue their quest in becoming the Nazis of the modern world. Doing a great job tbf
Equivalent destructive power. That was just 2 months after the conflict started it’s now up to 7 times the amount of Hiroshima
Until there are seven times the number of dead compared to Hiroshima, these statistics are just as meaningless as pointing out that Southampton took the whole season to score as many goals as Liverpool had managed by December. Exactly the same comparison focused on deaths instead of 'explosive power', the same headline would come out saying that Gaza has suffered 25% of the Hiroshima bombing. But that headline wouldn't be critical enough of Israel, so these cretins will zoom in on any and every number they can to fix that problem. 'Explosive power' is only a relevant measure after eating an iffy curry.
It is if you're claiming it is the "equivalent" of 240,000 dead with over 90% being civilian*, which is what this brainless clickbait headline did. *On an enemy located 6000 miles away as opposed to next door.
I'm not seeing the problem mate, explain it to me... Iran have been playing games for decades, as you said in your previous post 55,000 dead, when compared with the UN figures regarding Syria, which everyone likes to quote on here generally, between 2011 and 2021 there were 580,000 people killed, no one gave a toss about them. 13 million Syrians displaced and 6.7 million refugges forced to flee... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casualties_of_the_Syrian_civil_war#:~:text=This figure did not include, refugees forced to flee Syria. AI Overview Iran played a significant role in Syria's civil war by providing substantial military, financial, and logistical support to the Syrian government, primarily to protect its regional interests and maintain its strategic ally, Bashar al-Assad. This support included deploying military advisors, providing weapons and equipment, and bolstering the Syrian military with Iranian-trained militias like the National Defense Forces. Here's a more detailed breakdown: Military Support: Iran sent military advisors, including those from the Quds Force, to assist the Syrian military in combat operations and to help train and organize pro-government militias. Financial and Logistical Aid: Iran provided billions of dollars in aid and facilitated the transfer of military equipment to Syria. Formation of Pro-Government Militias: Iran played a key role in the formation and training of the National Defense Forces, a pro-government militia composed of various Syrian sects. Strategic Interests: Iran viewed the survival of the Assad regime as crucial for maintaining its influence in the region and its ability to project power into the Levant. Axis of Resistance: Iran's involvement in Syria strengthened the "Axis of Resistance," a coalition of Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, and other groups, which fought against rebel groups and ISIS. and somehow Trump's the ****.
Well hopefully he will be **** for a bit longer, although I expect it is a birth defect, because I'm enjoying him pissing off Iran....and ive nowt to worry about because I'm reassured by the good people on here they don't have nukes.
Yeah okay, let’s just sweep that under the rug as well then shall we. 7x the amount of explosive power dropped on Gaza that there was in the Hiroshima bomb, but it’s like Southampton’s scoring record or something…
Mate, I've no idea what goes on in these countries, all the info just confuddles my brain, I just know I hate that egotistical twat. I like us and Scandinavians, we should just get together and nuke the rest of the world.
I think the immediate vaporisation zone would be more of an issue dropping a nuke 10k from your doorstep
I don’t know how true this is, but it’s something I’d support rather than US/Israeli regime change. I mean, it would be another monarchist dictatorship, something more like the UAE or Saudi Arabia, but infinitely better than the current regime.
I'll support anything that stops these clowns, which in turn then stops Trump. I don't think it's right that America or Israel have any say in who governs Iran, but what I do expect is a power that acts responsibily and stops being a troublemaker of the extreme kind. If they want peace I want peace, but don't say you want it and start taking the piss through proxies. I can't stand the way the US deals with matters, way before Trump but since the 7th Oct the rabid dog which is the military regime of Iran takes priority and needs booting back into line. Sometimes our good peaceful nature is taken for granted, then words become meaningless because they become distrusted.
By all means, don't sweep it under the rug. But it is disingenuous to follow a lazy headline that portrays the rug as being as big as the single deadliest rug every woven in the history of humanity.
