Pre season friendlies

I'm aiming to get to the Camden on Friday evening. Still haven't got all the details of our trip but I reckon should be in hotel by early afternoon.

Technically incorrect Im afraid. Celtic are playing Cork city a month earlier in Cork in a 45k stadium. There are only a few tickets left

 

Yes but Cork City are bigger than AC Milan tbf

 

Average home gate of 3k. Though Milan might be bigger than that

So have we outsold Celtic when they played in Dublin?

No comparison. The Celtic game was arranged at a weeks notice. They’d fill crime park if fans got two months notice to buy flights accommodation etc. they’ve sold 46 in cork this time around

Milan have just announced they are playing Chelsea in another friendly the following day. I wonder if they’ll split the first team or play their reserves against us

 

They were clever and didn’t officially announce it till most tickets were sold as could have impacted crowd. Ah well, main thing is probably 20k kids or youngsters will get to see Leeds in a top atmosphere, most for the first time. Thats how you grow a club I suppose
