Yeah I think in terms of our of possession play he reminds me of how we used Rigg but in possession he's so much more adept at finding the final ball and can strike from range.

Not a slight on Riggy but that's just not his game at this stage of development and he shouldn't be tasked with being the main link between midfield and attack.

Would need a big lad at the 6 though.

 

Do you think Sulc would cope OK with the physicality in the PL? Just looking at a pic of him admittedly but he doesn’t look that strong.

I’d say a good league one club so he can pick up English. Maybe on a personal level he’s struggling and needs to be home to land back when he’s a year older.

 

Maybes Aleksic was lined up to be the Rigg replacement if we didn't go up and Rigg had offers

 

I watched him sat in the dressing room on that highlights package after the cov win. He looked a bit bemused by it all, and certainly a little on the periphery.

I always wonder how young lads make the switch to us. Must be quite a challenge for them.

Got the impression his move hasn’t worked and Regis not impressed. Easy for us to say he looks like he has potential but Regis watches him every day, has conversations with him etc.

With this loan he can hopefully get confidence and either be sold next summer or come back and potentially be able to contribute in the championship

If he can’t crack that he won’t make it anyway. Club know more than us, lad definitely has ability.
