If its the one I saw last night, I'd say its fake, they had Leicester at home to Brighton last game Think this seems to happen every season now
Not sure why there’s any speculation about our opening fixture, Liverpool at Anfield - just need confirmation of time and date.
Isn't that a bit like saying that all professional full backs should be comfortable playing left back or right back. I firmly believe that a right sided center back is best as RCB, and a left sided center back is best at LCB But then I also think all right wingers should be right sided and all left wingers should be left sided.
Well no it’s not like fullbacks because they’re playing in the centre of the pitch not wide, just like central midfielders can be either right or left footed.
If you play a central role like centre back, centre midfield or striker then it really shouldn't matter which foot you prefer. Its a modern thing all this left sided and right sided centre halves. It's nonsense. Ive not heard anyone saying we should play Gruev on the left side of central midfield and Ampadu on the right side of central midfield. It's like saying Ampadu and Tanaka can't play together. Nonsense.
Irelands become a lot richer this morning, single ticket winner wins £208 million on the Euro Lottery
Really hope it is Eire but he’ll probably moan about it not being in cash or paid quick enough. On the other hand Shaks would be great. He could buy enough beer to sink another North Korean battleship
When I read ristac's post i thought, what would Shaks do with that amount. And Eire would buy 606 members their own private box at ER
Bit of bad news this morning lads. It wasn’t me Rest assured though if it was I wouldn’t be telling you lot and I’d still wait for the March sales
The arguments for which foot you favour mattering are generally: - that you cover the fullback down one side and need your stronger foot to tackle wingers heading for the byline. - that you distribute down the line and need your stronger foot to do say It was always pretty marginal but you can see there might be a slight advantage. But then it all changed: - Inverted wingers mean attackers are now looking to cut in, so right footed wingers commonly now play on the left... and fullbacks 'pass' coverage over to centre backs to pick up while they watch for the other attackers on the overlap. So attackers are now often 'attacking' the CB's weaker side. - centrebacks build play centrally more these days... stepping out and passing through the lines. The foot they use doesn't matter. In short it really doesn't matter much. All that 'matters' is that guys get used to playing on a certain side so feel more comfortable doing so.
