... and with that ...brb's guest speaker slot at the June New York Middle East Forum was cancelled ... instead he will now go back to feeding ducks in the park and knitting rainbow laces for the forthcoming SoccerAid game... ... was it too early for that first beer?
The nuclear deal was working though, in exchange for inspections and oversight over their nuclear facilities, the west was relinquishing sanctions, which was benefiting the Iranian economy. Iran were being kept in check Trump ripped it up though because he is poorly advised and doesn’t have the insight himself to understand the consequences of pushing Iran into a corner. Netanyahu has jumped on it because he knows Trump is a soft touch. It’s got **** all to do with nuclear weapons and everything to do with Israel wanting to crush Iran and become the Middle Eastern superpower, backed with US weapons. How people can fall for this regime change nonsense after seeing everything that the US and the west have done over the last 30 years is just blinkered beyond belief
Don't particularly care for New York much, can we hold it somewhere nicer...somewhere in Europe. Not the Middle East.
We already had Iran where we wanted them with the Iran nuclear deal. Trump ripped it up, Israel have attacked Iran and some people think this is going to make Iran less of a threat somehow ….
I trust very few people in this world, mate ...even fewer since Salma Hayek promised she wouldn't spit...
There's on open air auditorium at the European Hospital in Gaza that could substitute? .. wasn't always open air, but what with the cost of air conditioning these days ...
I don't believe it was working, they took out those six scientists for a reason. Iran absolutely hates Israel and would destroy it if it could, well that's what I believe anyway. It calls all the people it lost in the strikes as Martyrs, that's all I need to know, Iran as a whole would Martyr itself to turn certain areas into the abyss. **** em, keep hitting their military instulations I say, because at this moment of time, I'd rather go with my gut feeling, and that's one of distrust towards Iran, the mayhem we see now, is due to Irans own hands.
Right now what button do I hit in my control panel, to give Israel a helping hand... please log in to view this image
They took out those scientists because Trump ripped up the deal and pushed Iran into a position where it had no incentive not to enrich its uranium you need to understand what preceded these attacks to understand why Isreal did it You may not believe the deal was working, but the people involved in it show that it was. You probably won’t read it, but if you want to understand the nuances of how this works, it’s here https://responsiblestatecraft.org/iran-nuclear-deal/
Ironic how the people who tell us they have to ‘defend’ themselves from an ever increasingly more dangerous world, are the ones who are making the world a more dangerous place.
The world had actually been moving towards a big reduction in nuclear weapons (since the Cold War days) But we’re in a position now where like you say, we have Trump, Putin, Kim and Netanyahu all with their finger on the button. Given that Israel represent a very real threat to Iran, is it any surprise that Iran want to develop their own ability to ‘defend’ themselves ?
You seem to have completely missed the point as usual, I don't give a **** if they have nuclear weapons or not, I've said well before now that Iran deserves a slap, that is what it is getting, whether they have nuclear weapons or not is just an added avantage to the attacking side, to lessor their ability, dot the i's and cross the t's time. Iran is getting everything it deserves and more I hope.
Iran ponders long and hard regarding this current Israel crisis. How, they wonder, should we respond. One man in the room stands up and suggests: "the only logical solution is to threaten 3 nations that are even more powerful than Israel, with ships and bases within the region that could utterly decimate us. That will solve this crisis" The room applauds.
No mate not Rambo, nothing like it, I generally don't believe in war, I think it's wrong that leaders put young men on the front line to die for their causes. However, I make an exception for Iran, because all they've done is cause **** for ages, they've prodded the world with it's underhand tactics and getting young men from other countries to do it's dirty deeds. Whether Iran is on course to finalise nuclear weapons I don't care, many thousands of deaths over the years have been because of Iran quietly playing the puppeteer in the background., yes America do that to, and ive called that out in the past. It's time to say to Iran enough is enough and I genuinely welcome this slap they have been given. Their first response back was to target civilians, they could have gone for leaders, solidiers, military installations, but no they went for Israeli citizen's which is Iran in a nutshell. **** em
Israel says hold my beer. in all seriousness mate they are as bad as each other. Both leaderships of Iran and Israel want to wipe each other out. Israel only have the upper hand in this because they are backed by US weapons and $$$$, so now Netanyahu sees an opportunity to, in his own words ‘reshape the Middle East in Israel’s favour’ I don’t care which religion any of these people follow or what God they want to worship, the people in control of these countries are nothing but madmen vying for power and control and **** anybody who gets in the way. That said, I think the world is a far safer place with Iran onside which was the case under the nuclear deal. By ripping it up, Trump has given Iran no incentive to play ball and he’s only backing Israel because he thinks he is the king deal maker and can do a deal with Iran that makes him look good. Trouble is, he’s ****ing **** at it.
