I was listening to talksport this morning discussing it, I forget who mentioned it but there was a feeling at some point he was better than Jude…….and to be honest after watching England on Saturday, I’m better than Jude
Richie Appleby must be up there. He was hopeless although Jan Molby rated him. I think at one point he couldn't play because of either bruised toes or blisters.
I think it got to the point they all just decided it was all in his head and nothing physically wrong

Was looking at the free agents list out of interest, there's a lot of talented and experienced players looking for clubs this Summer. Josh Da Silva - so unfortunate with injuries because when he's fit he's such a dynamic player. Given our track record, and the fact we have Matazo coming back, we don't need him, but any Championship club willing to take a punt will get value out of him if he stays fit. Benik Afobe - Can't believe he's still only 32, but if we're keeping Pedro for another season, they're very similar and I'd rather have our Joao than him. Picked up his goalscoring record though in the last few seasons. Britt Assombalonga - We should have signed him from Peterborough. 3 goals and 2 assists in Turkiye's top flight last season. Emil Riis Jakobsen - Couldn't agree terms with Preston, apparently fighting for 12th isn't what he wants to spend his career doing. Go get him, Acun. Bobby Wood - just left NE Revolution in the USA, decent forward and had a solid career in Germany. Will want to be at a club playing well to get into the USMNT for the World Cup. Jayson Denayer - Very experienced centre half with 35 caps for Belgium. Another one I thought had retired but was hiding out in Saudi Arabia, presumably to avoid another loan at Sunderland.
My pal played veterans football down in Birmingham against Jobe & Jude’s dad. In the bar after the game, he got talking to him and he said to watch out for Jobe- he’ll be better than Jude in the future. Take from that what you will
Boulbina Top scorer in the championship please log in to view this image also In advanced negotiations with Hull city
Yes he is. Bowen signed for west ham five years ago for 20m, Delap has just had a fantastic PL goal scoring season and is going for just 10m more.
And we still sing his name to this day. He must be the only player to have signed for us without ever setting foot in Europe, never mind Hull.
