Good job we got rid of Bruce when we did, or we would have been right in the ****, I know MON can pull this around and start us climbing up the table, who knows where the future lies for us.

Exactly. There's over five months to go yet, and I think we will pull out. But Bruce didn't go any too soon. The division is starting to break up now - I think we're five points behind the team in 14th place. Ellis simply couldn't wait any longer and be sure of survival.

I'd be a liar if I said I KNOW that O'Neill can pull things around, but I'm pretty damn sure that Bruce would not have been able to.

SORRY MATE BUT ITS BRUCIE WHO HAS US BOTTOM 3 when Mon starts tomorrow he will have fresh ideas, a plan b, and i doubt hell play players out of position, he will also instill confidence back into the team and give players the chance on merit.

Did I say it wasn't Bruce? I said he wouldn't have been able to turn it round. Please re-read my post.

If Bruce was still manager tonight, I'd already be consigned to relegation, as if had completely lost the plot.

With Mon in charge, although 3rd bottom is not a nice place to be in but Iam much less worried than I should be.

We won't be relegated now and I fancy a stab at a top 10 place is still the target.

Agreed, I bet even Brucie is breathing a sigh of relief, now that someone else is doing the cleaning up. Still , he should have gone sooner, much sooner.
