Some good players there that would for sure improve our squad. We should absolutely be after Sam Johnstone. Also be a big fan of going for KKH, Rudoni and Fellows. Not sure if we have budget to go for all 4 of them but would make us a top championship team with a strong British core.
Amazingly i recognised most of those names apart from the central midfielders that Hungarian central defender was who someone who I think was theorised when there was rumours of a left footed German centre back. Obviously not German but think someone thought he was the closest link given his club and where our new scouts come from. Because the young player signed was a little out of left field
Yeah I thought I'd seen Dardai mentioned somewhere before... Can't imagine we sign anymore centre backs until we know who is leaving for certain at this point. Definitely a hipster pick the Finnish midfielder playing in Sweden.
Don’t they have 7 others or something? Who played there most for them this season ? Because those players might also move to potential Ramsdale suitors as well
Off the top of my head they already have: Sanchez who has been a bit of a disaster this year Jorgensen who hasn’t been great but is still young Petrovic who I don’t think has played much this year Slonina who is young and been out on loan I’m sure there are others as well, but I’d imagine at least Sanchez will be off, probably Petrovic as well. Not sure what level of clubs would have interest in either
Kind of surprised at how Bournemouth players are in such high demand. They were pretty good in the calendar year of 2024 for sure, but were dreadful for the first half of last season and pretty poor for the second half of this one. Definitely overhyped as a unit, individually time will obviously tell..
England keeper Aaron Ramsdale has held talks about a move to West Ham from Southampton, who are hoping to get £20m for the 27-year-old following the club's relegation from the Premier League. (Talksport)
Jobe Bellingham off to Dortmund to follow his brothers career path. Can’t say I’ve ever been overly impressed with him when I’ve seen him, not watched a lot of him though. Scored a screamer against us but don’t remember him doing much in any other game I saw (including that one).
I do wonder how much interest he would be attracting if it weren't for his brother. I've only seen him play a handful of times and agree with you, not seen much to suggest he is anything more than a standard championship player. Although he is only 19 in fairness so definitely has potential to improve.
Just been reading the Sunderland board a bit and they seem to rate him, so maybe I’ve just not seen enough of him. They are being linked with Roony Bardghi who I’m sure FM players will be aware of
Absolutely. A staple for any FM player. Speaking of which, looks like Mastantuono is off to one of the big clubs too.
