Getting more frustrated with Obertan

This. It would seem everyone hates Shola unless he gets a hat-trick.

Anyway, back on the subject of the OP, Obertan is pissing me off no end. He gets ahead of the full-back and then cuts back on himself despite being our fastest player by a long chalk! I'd rather have Sammy, at least he shows some positivity and enthusiasm!

 

Sammy is a better player than Obertan IMO at this moment in time because he actually has an end product. It ****ing gets my tits up when a player cant even get a cross in the box.

Only three players came out of this game with any cred: Cabaye, Santon and Ba

Krul was average.
Simpson was ok (hes not a cb so I cant slate him)
Perch positioning was woeful look at the 2nd goal and where he was. QUITE SIMPLY AWFUL.
Raylor did ok, but nothing special
Obertan did one run and the rest was awful
Jonas was captain but I dont recall seeing him on the ball much.
Gosling - dont ask me to say anything.
Shola - did well for bas 2nd goal but really is providing nothing much.

As a defensive unit at times we where comical.

Now for the wums who may slate me DO ONE because need I remind you that if you ever feel happy about conceding 4 goals against anyone (regardless of injuries) you have to look in the mirror!

wow we've had a bad run well not really we lost 2 games which we expected to against top 3 opposition lost our 2 CBs and guthrie then we play 3 RBs in defence have a man sent off and lose a game ........sack pardew and sell the players .....burn.... burn them good.
Howay lads ffs bit of reality needed i think our top 3 appearance has tinged a few views of what exactly we are a lower top ten team at best and anyone doubting this look at our squad.A fully fit first team then we can match anyone but who the hell goes a full season without losing players to injury or suspensions.

Pardew refuses to play HBA on the RW instead?

Which one is more annoying then Obertan himself?

 

we had 3 RB's playing in defence and our 4th choice CM that's the reality check.do that to any team in the league(man city exception) and regardless of who they play i doubt they'd win.

 

Pardew seems convinced that HBA is only capable of playing in the AM role, which means our only RM is Obertan or the ridiculously un-ready for the Premiership Sameobi.

We need to play HBA, be it RM or AM. Get him on and dont play ****ing Obertan or Shola against Swansea.

 

Pardew is also refusing to play Steve Harper on the RW. Sack him! Sack him good!

 

i think if marv was fit then it might be a different proposition for pardew and obertan
