Why haven't we been moved up to the Premier League

I've just moved your team to the Prem board, I will put it in the correct order once I've moved everyone. Any bans relevant to the Prem section have been lifted. Any bans on the Toon board will remain in place unless their mod requests it's lifting and visa versa.

I will not be able to answer questions for a while so I can concentrate on getting everyone moved throughout the site.
