Yeah had a mental 23/24, i didnt really think he would go straight to the bundesliga but i bet hes glad he did now
I’d have him as the 8 but I’d want a new 10 who scores more. We need to take chances and more half chances.
HK certainly seen something in him because they just chucked him straight in at the deep end and he flourished. Don’t think he scored more than 1 or 2 since the turn of the year but he did pick up a niggling injury which had him in and out the team a fair bit.
I think we will continue the 4-4-2 out of possession shape with ELF in the “Rigg” 10 role and another dominant midfielder replacing Jobe. I’d worry about having Neil and ELF as our “6” and “8” so for me if Neil is starting we need to keep ELF further forward with a more physical partner in the Jobe role.
Sell; Anderson Browne Roberts Poveda Ekwah Ba Aouchiche Rusyn Hemir Loan; Blondy Seelt Hjelde Aleksic Abdullahi Triantis Jones Obviously look for good EFL loans for our u21s as well Huggins and Alese i'm really unsure on. Really like both but can we afford to have them in the squad next season considering it's limited numbers? With Mepham, Samed and Danns (WHO?) going back as well, we definitely have room for some serious additions while keeping the core of the squad together.
Got to be ELF and a big bastard deeper for me, ELF is a better player than Neil and you almost nullify him playing further forward like that.
That’s what I love about Ensiso, he doesn’t need an invitation to hit a raker. Something we lack in my opinion just someone in midfield who takes aim when they get sight of goal instead of always trying to run with the ball or go out wide. Mind you it doesn’t help when Roberts shooting is really poor and his decision making to hold onto the ball for far too long, we need more goals from that side. Iirc Hume has more goals and he did have more contributions but that might be even after the final.
Stassin has Brentford and Brighton after him. Seems like a talent but aye id prefer someone more physical
yeh I think I agree. Neil and Rigg become rotation options as they get used to the league. Both will still have huge parts to play.
No doubt about that. I love Neil but I do worry about him stepping up. Some of his performances in the championship were shocking
He won’t last long in the side if performances don’t improve. He froze on Saturday. Every game in the PL is huge, need him at his best. Can’t carry anyone
