Eddie's stock is the highest it's ever been so wouldn't surprise me. Does anyone know what Mitchell has actually done? It might be because he's not good at his job as we haven't made any signings of note on his watch.
Howe clearly never wanted him and he's pressed home for full control. It'll be disagreements and never getting to do his job.

Howes reaction to Mitchell was very clear from day one. I made a thread asking who would win, Howe or Mitchell, and we have our answer. I think Howes nephew was possibly also involved in this. The last DM couldn't wait to **** off either. It would appear Howe had waited like a cobra and has taken him out when the opportunity arrived.. That's how it's s done, but I guess we'll get more Jacob Ramsays than we'll get Akliouches. Howes getting huge responsibility now, so let's hope he's right.

The question is why he didn't get any signings. I don't think he was getting anything his way, so he's left. It's also a reminder the last one ran off too because it's becoming clear that DoFs aren't being allowed to do their jobs at Newcastle. They can't sell or buy and any ideas they have are probably argued against , so eventually they become irritated and undervalued. This is a scenario based theory, but far more likely than saying Mitchell didn't do anything.
What a damp squid he turned out to be. He's been useless and a total waste of time. He's been worse than Ashworth. Sorry but Eales has been of the same ilk. Both robbed a living with us. We really need to improve in our upper management segment to make best use of our resources. Call me naive but I'd have Amanda and Mehrdad back. At least they tried. They'll be wiser and good for us.
