This has been a dire game.

 

Saw bits of the game on and off, just felt no one was going to break down that Wimbledon defence today - and as they got the goal just before halftime, their job was done. Just looked at the L2 table, the Wombles were the lowest conceding team by far and today I could see why.

It's awful football to watch but an effective way of getting out of L2. Trouble is when you have any talent at that level they get butchered as my lot found out with the Watford lad, whose loan ended because of it. The only way we started making any ground in the league was by dishing it back.

 

Is this the first time Wimbledon have been in the league above MKDs? Good to see if so.
