    After last year when we faced a depleted doncaster side in the relegation zone, who wanted the game called off cos it was that bad and only just managed a draw, it doesn't fill me with any extra belief than if you were at full strength tbh...

    Excellent half from Norwich, Newcastle far from their best, but you can only play what's put in front of you, and can't take anything anyway from us, we're playing some great stuff.

    Gutted about the equaliser, but if the second half continues like the first, three points should be in the bag.

    Holt, Hoolahan and Fox particularly good.

    I can't really see what PL sees in Surman. Surely Bennet or Pilkington would be a better option.

    It wasn't. I think it was Surman playing him onside, not too sure though. He had black hair!
