it will be quite a humdinger of a transfer window? We know who is going, and hopefully Nahki can cement his place in the squad. Fayulu, WE HAVE SEEN IT IN THE PAST a player doesnt actually perform 100% and manager loses faith and they occassionally go on to better things, maybe going on is what they needed? However a few have come back to haunt us! Earthy ANOTHER loanee destined for better things who on their later playing careers have Bristol City on their CV, shame we dont reap some of that reward! although it bodes well for other bigger teams to let loose a promising player and we gain a year from it! downside is we then have to replace that quality somehow else! Some people have to have a whipping post .. someone to slag off or always be on a downer with .. some might even have 2 or 3!! and come what may, may or may not change their minds and that whipping post fades into the distance or............. We seem to believe we have a good mid field? SO WHAT players do we need? A really good midfield should be the supply chain for the goal scorers as well as being capable of scoring a few also. Just 1 player up front really does need to be the right player an out and out CF the 2 we bought last season should be playing up front? and line up should be 3 -4 -1 - 2 ? NAHKI PLUS +1 should be their cover? maybe a "real" aged about 24/25 CF would be a good buy up to £10m worth from lower divisions there has to be 1 or floating around!

Well, I don’t feel THAT strongly but I hope Sunderland win today. I don’t mind Sheffield United, but I can’t stand Wilder. Plus I don’t want the 3 parachute money teams to go straight back up.
More ‘Manning to Norwich’ rumours….. https://www.pinkun.com/sport/norwich-city/25186874.manning-lijnders-oneil-make-norwich-city-cut/
I’m glad for them. Obviously I would rather it was us, but out of the other 3 playoff teams it was them, ‘Frank Lampard’s Coventry’ or whinging Wilder’s Sheffield United with all their parachute money. Well done Sunderland. Wilder - you beat us 6-0 over 2 games but we beat Sunderland so swallow that you whinging p@@ck.
today I took your veiw I was a Sunderland "fan" . next season though we will face 4 teams on parachute payments and majority of Prem standard players! We will need to get at least 9 points from those 8 fixtures to be in with a chance! that leaves 114 points to fight for minimum away should be W5 D5 9 lost ........... AND 47 - 50 POINTS AT HOME, this season at home got 46
I see Mayulu made his return from injury yesterday, coming on as 90th min sub. It’s the first time he’s been available for more than 2 months.
Not interested in being here -body language shows that. Him and Armstrong need moving on-shocking signings.
I only saw the last 20 minutes, so I assume I missed some great goalkeeping from the Sunderland keeper. I didn't see anything in the bit I saw that made him stand out. Cooper was the best keeper in the league this season, but it didn't get Utd promoted. I maintain we have bigger areas to improve upon for next season than Max. If we had more money then sure, we could look to replace him, but sorting out the Att Mid and Strikers is far more of a priority for me.
MOM. Without him they were dead and buried. There wouldn't have been any grandstand finish and Sunderland wouldn't now be promoted. I don't doubt City need firepower but an equal priority is far better keeper.
Says everything about the owners -time to sell up and move on-clearly there is no ambition going forward.
