2 from 2 for the lay king today http://betfairlayking.weebly.com/index.html

17 from 21 now, and level £1 stakes profit of £11.55

Puts us in a good position because we never lay anything bigger than 4/1, so we have a but of breathing space in terms of profit margin now, but obviously the more successful lays the better.

<applause> Toppy - hope you've been having some real beer tokens on it, that's excellent profit. Like the way you don't try and overdo it by laying every day - keep it nice and selective <ok>

I think Oscar Whiskey is more likely to be a World Hurdle rather than Champion Hurdle horse

    <cheers> Oddy.

Yeah the key is to always remember that laying has to be long-term profitable and you have to be patient. It is more like an investment return, so I try to bide my time for what I consider the right sort of opportunity. As I said I never risk exposure greater than 4/1 and my average exposure is far less than that, so it doesn't mean you need an almost perfect strike rate.

Will be interesting to see how we finish the season, but fingers crossed we can continue this sort of strike rate <ok>

<cheers> Ron - and Charlton only drew and Huddersfield lost again. Good day for the lads.

Never realised Wycombe v Chesterfield was such a "6 pointer" - massive game and what a finish. Well done your lot <ok>

Sacked in the morning, he's getting sacked in the morning.

Goodness me, we are the Zaynar of the football league. Looked good once but then turned into a pile of steaming horse poo!!

  15. A little stale over the jumps today, my report should read could do better. However, im going to turn my attentions to the AW at Wolverhampton tonight and have been looking for some nice priced fancies.

In the 5.20 im edging my bets with DOUBLE CARPET @ 40/1, has decent form on the AW off a similar mark and in similar company and is far far to big to ignore EW.

In the 6.50 BAHAMIAN LAD @ 10/1 suggested LTO that he still had enough in the tank to take a race of this calibre despite his rise of 3lb he was running on over C&D and has winning form on the AW off a mark 10lb higher.

In the 8.20 HAZARD COUNTY @ 25/1 has shown enough in his last few races to suggest he will be getting back to winning ways soon and with a 7lb claimer on board he drops to a very nice and winning mark.

In the 8.50 YOSSI @ 40/1 gets a useful 7lb claimer and runs of a lightweight mark of 38, he has C&D form when 2nd beaten 1/2l off a 13lb higher mark and could return at a very nice price
