Jezus you are right IA Chris has told us that the only reason Dale is not playing is because of his operation, are we saying that Chris is a liar? Didn't Chris 'poo poo' the homesick rumour?
Coutes is rated highly- but a swap for Stephens? Don't see it. Can't remember which player, but one of them laughed it off on twitter when asked about Dale.
Ahhh so it seems like silly season is here - maybe the "swap" will involve Russell heading back and Coutts coming down here. Charlton wont buy anyone next month as last year Michael Slater came out and said he hates the time of year because prices are inflated. Granted we got Bradley but i bet had we waited till the summer we'd have got him for peanuts what with the crisis Plymouth were in, the only downside would have been that EVERYONE would have wanted him.
Not signed up . Don't believe it just because he says it.. His story about coutes came out after Rich Cawley etc posted about it.. So understand why most will be taking it with a pinch of salt. And who is more reliable- cafc players saying its rubbish about him being homesick, or a website owner? Had the players kept mum and not replied, then I would have been worried. You've got to attract new members somehow....
Good point about them being potless. They are apparently going to have a clear out come Jan as they are so skint.
