I'm happy to admit I hadn't a scooby about his managerial performance until I just looked at his wiki, vaguely remember him as a player, but why do you (or anyone else who dose) think he'd be a good manager? (Genuine question because as I said I know nothing about him except what his wiki pages shows)
Looks like he's coming in. Plays very, very attacking football. Not sure it'll work in the Championship but we'll see!
didn't oozkan say it was Reira a couple of weeks ago? confirms him to be the best ITK'er on the forum
I did say I would be fine with either Riera or Şahin if we were going down the ‘young, ambitious, positionist coach’ route again. I just don’t know why we keep hiring them when there’s zero patience from the hierarchy to let them develop and build something.
Same. Id prefer a Cooper or O'Neil but I dont think either were interested in the job. Maybe Mowbray would have been a safe choice but thats just not Acun's style. Hopefully the board have done their homework on this guy and he ticks all the boxes.
He seems a more inspiring option than some of the names been touted recently; Beale, Ryan Mason at al. Could be a master stroke, could be ****e but if we can get it wrapped up soon and quickly move onto sorting transfers then things don’t look too bad .
According to Acun, the mystery man wants to be here. Edit: he also said it could be a week before anything is finalised.
