@RTB , been waiting for this one. I've been saying for weeks just 6 more to do, 5 more, 4 more etc. This one was always the last one, I was that confident of getting to the final.
So here we are, the last one of the season, and what I think will be your finest one.

Mayenda should be one of the first names on the team sheet for me, and that’s being said from someone who didn’t particularly rate him 6 months ago. He’s improved so much it’s scary. I really hope he starts ahead of Isidor if the system changes

I agree with you Mayenda should start but actually he’s also a much better sub than Isidor is. In that bringing Mayenda on can change the game but bringing Isidor on won’t have the same impact.

 

VAR…

 

I hate VAR but in a way I’m glad the final can’t be decided on some disastrous referring error. I know VAR isn’t perfect but at least it will reduce the chances of a clanger

 

I do agree but I think Mayenda is now becoming a player that is a threat for 90 minutes (see first leg). If Isidor had to come on, I don’t think it would be for Mayenda and would be more of a change to the system which you’d hope would have an impact that way. Or even moving Mayenda to the right. Genuine options though, that’s a positive.

 

Imagine celebrating a late goal similar to the other night only for it to get ruled out. Absolute killer

 

True but imagine Sheff Utd score a late goal that’s offside and there’s no VAR to rule it out.

 

Here’s hoping they get opportunities to be offside, that’ll mean we aren’t camped in

90% of our games this season have been ridiculously tight. I’m expecting more of the same but penalties a massive possibility

 

Want nothing to do with penalties. However, if someone offered me in August a penalty shootout for promotion I would've snapped their hand off.
