By all accounts Wycombe have insisted on the whole end They'll not get anywhere near selling 2k. Charlton should put their foot down and insist on payment for seats not sold. It has been brought to my attention that perhaps the extra police bill may be prohibitive.

We are less than 24 hours from knowing whether Charlton will face off at Wembley against Orient - or whether everything that has happened since mid-Deccember has been wasted. Failure tomorrow won't actually mean that. But it will feel as bitter as that.
I had an exchange with a guy on Charlton Life yesterday, he said that the season would have been a success even if we do not go up. I said that the season will have to be considered a failure.
'Success' is a very subjective word. If we fail to go up, this season will still have been better than 2023-24, our poorest season in 98 years. It will still be our 3rd or 4th best season in the 3rd tier since it was re-named League One and in the 3 points for a win era. But CAFC will be facing a 6th straight season in the 3rd Division. Longer term success will then depend entirely on who is kept, sold or signed in the Summer and whether the owners still want to invest anything.
We’ve improved that’s for sure , it now depends on on the owners intent , splash the cash or struggle next season with a depleted squad if we’re not successful in the playoffs
Not feeling too optimistic atm. It's the start of the rainy season here and it's been pouring down overnight and still is at 9.30 this morning. Yesterday was not good either.
