There is no end to the hypocrisy.

On Friday's trip to No 10 and Parliament, I may have to quote Big Daddy from 'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof'

"Didn't you notice a powerful and obnoxious odor of mendacity in this room? There ain't nothin' more powerful than the odor of mendacity. You can smell it. It smells like death.”

I do love a bit of Tennesee Williams.

And now it's time for my daily dose of being a far better journalist than anyone at the BBC can muster

So, saying "86 47" is a threat of violence now, is it? So tell me, what is this shirt I can buy on Amazon right now?

The BBC owe me £150 a year, which would still be better value than Sarah Smith's salary...

An awful lot of countries gave Israel 12 points at Eurovision this year

Just like they did last year

Hmm, maybe it might be an idea for the EBU to look at how their voting system is clearly being gamed...?

My first job in Kentucky was in the town of Corbin part of Laurel County.Laurel County has gone through a system of tornados a few nights ago losing about 20 lives and untold homes levelled.Guess what? They may see the same overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. With all that stuff still on the ground, there will be untold thousands of missiles in the air that are potential killers!Just think.....Kentucky are not the only State going through this.Makes you think what your grand children will be going through in the future with global warning intensifiing!?

I watched that live and it had a bunch of people posting updates on the Prem board.
People were waiting for it to happen because they'd telegraphed their plans.
The idea that it wasn't planned is absolutely laughable.

Nobody has ever bought a gallows at Walmart on their way to a public gathering

That alone underlines how it was pre-planned

In other news, today we've had two absolute howlers out of the Orangegruppenfuhrer's inner circle
    - Kristi Noem saying that habeas corpus is the President's constitutional right to deport people
    - Billy Long giving us the phrase "affirmative no" when trying to weasel out of admitting he was caught on tape offering bribes if it got him confirmed to head the IRS
