How does it not make sense? Are you still waking up? I'm pleased new prisons are being built so that we can bang up more of our own scum. We could create even more space if we chucked out all the foreign perps, currently at 10k. That would be a double win. Does that make sense?

Doh! If you knew me at all, you'd know I'm an advocate of slinging out foreign criminals and banging up more of our own. Furthermore, the two points are certainly not in the same paragraph; they are two separate sentences. Next time, I shall lather up the context. Is that fair?
