We may as well leave the advertising boards closer in permanently, it will only be beneficial. Even when we had Rory Delap we never took long throws and nothing has changed.

Which is a good thing I might add.

Was it one of their long throws that we scored from ? Maybe both. Possibly a corner one of them.

Is it Alese who has a really long throw on him but we haven’t employed it that much?

Not sure mate, I remember the feeling and the goals going in but how the moves started I couldn't tell you.

Dunno but if he's the only one I wouldn't bank on it as a tactic. Our throw ins need work generally, we should be mounting attacks with them more often than not, instead of them being an elaborate way to give the ball to the opposition.

Posters on the Coventry forum appear to believe they know everything there is to know about Sunderland supporters at the SOL, despite less than 1000 turning up last time …

"Sunderland now think they're through, their fans will relax and won't show up as usual.

We'll batter them and out sing their fans as we always do.

No doubt their stadium won't be full as well, they are useless. For a so called big club, their fans seem to lack energy and rarely show up."

    Understatement. He’s got previous in a play-off 2nd leg though…
