Probably a stripey vase looking thing....maybe Looks like something my missus would buy from NEXT at Home.
All kicking off at Notts County in the final minutes. Notts’ main striker sent off for a bit of a lunge but it’s a ridiculously harsh red which the defender has milked and then the striker loses his head trying to fight half the opposing team. Lovely stuff.
Ahh bless ... it's what Steven Gerrard should have done ... if you're never going to win the Premier League, try the Bratwurstliga with the club that always win it ...
Aye Dias with the Arsene Wenger patented "Waaaagh they didnt play the way we wanted them to play so we could beat them waaaagh"
If fairness Gerard did win other trophies with Liverpool. Kane had to leave as there was no prospect of Tottenham winning anything and the club were getting a good amount of money. Im glad he won something, especially if Tottenham go on to win the Europa as it would have been pretty cruel if they'd got a trophy before he did.
Yeah we should have played 4-2-4 and lost 10-0. Love the bitterness. In fairness Pep called it out as bollocks and said it's their own failings.
I think the weakness it highlights to me is Pep is no different from any other manager, in that they seem incapable of dropping their 'star' players. Haaland should have been made to re-earn his place, as soon as I knew he was straight in the starting eleven I thought that's that ****ed then. City had improved in Haaland's absence so unless City had further injuries, I really didn't see the reason for starting him - stick him on the bench, play him as a sub, and tell him he needs to score. The BBC report summed it up nicely: Erling Haaland returned from injury but offered little as Pep Guardiola's side were content to play at walking pace against an admittedly packed Southampton defence, and looked devoid of ideas for most of the game.
I know he did ... but now you've pissed in my fishing spot and the groundbait laid has been ruined ... I'll have to find another swim ... one that discourages shirtless Geordies jumping in ...
