English players are always let off lightly, like Rooney getting a two match ban rather than three. Although I do agree that Suarez needs to stop diving so much. He's a fantastic player and he'd be a much more likeable player if the diving stops.

An honest opinion from Liverpool. As a Fulham fan I (also honestly) feel that his "annoying and petulant" behaviour is a dishonest attempt to gain advantage (ie Cheating), but also agree that he is a very gifted player, who probably does not need to behave in this way. A few years ago Drogba was vilified as a cheat (rightly at the time) - in recent seasons I have come to admire his strength and ability I guess Suarez will either adapt and understand the prem culture, or go to Spain
Exactly - the senior players needs to step up and sort out the lads attitude. Dalglish seems happy to deny seeing him do anything wrong in public but inseide he must be fuming with him.
We will defend Suarez because he plays for us, it's as simple as that and you are kidding yourselves if you think you would do otherwise.

Suarez is a gent outside football , i met him on my holidays when he played for ajax. (i'd post the pic but **** that with what goes on on this site) in football he is what Liverpool have lacked for so long ........a pest
Nobody can knock the lads ability, I don't think thats ever been in question. Suarez lacks the honesty and intergrity that would make him a truely great player. If my kid was a liverpool fan I would not want him looking up to a guy like Suarez. I am sure we all watch barcelona and admire the skill and the talent that bunch of players has but the cheating and diving takes away most of the magic that is on show. If UEFA/The FA had the power to ban players after a game for diving or faking injury they could clean up football in a single weekend. This problem isnt limited to just Liverpool but Suarez seems to be doing this ALOT and has been singled out by the media since he arrived - and rightly so.
SEEMS to be doing this : exactly he seems to be even when hes not because slur alec had his whinge part 2 : the media only pick up on it after the latter part of part 1 ... slur alecs whinge if the fa should be able to ban players after a game for diving , why not give fouls that werent given e.g. ( a peno that was missed , an official , a peno taker and the offending teams keeper) then alter the result and league positions ? oh yeah it wouldn't work
The problem with Bennyboy is that he doesnt want opinions or debate he just wants to get at Suarez, he compared him to Diouf who all Liverpool fans hate because what he did at Celtic. Suarez just got pissed off at the abuse and reacted in an inappropriate way but what he did was not a hanging offence.
