In all seriousness (tip for Libby ) - I love pranks and pranking - but what those two scrotes did went way beyond a prank and had its roots (pun intended) more in their narcissism rather than just being a bit of fun ...

As I said earlier I love a prank ... many many years ago was with a stag-do from Leicester that went to Skegness (not quite as attractive ad Prague, Budapest or Kracow - but was late 80s) ... there's a well known pub there The Jolly Fisherman that had these great big wooden Jolly Fisherman shaped signs ... one mysteriously appeared in the middle of a field in Leicestershire a couple of days later - the 'mystery' made the local papers - apart from its holiday inland the sign was undamaged and ultimately returned to its home with no harm to anyone or anything... now that's a 'bit of fun' ... at least it is for me ...
Unfortunately it’s their families who are suffering while these two are locked away in their cells. I’ve been told one of the families has had to leave the area under police protection. It’s wrong to go after someone’s family, I hate that. Over a ****ing tree, though?
I had it a couple times when I was younger. My older brothers were always getting in trouble and I was smacked a couple of times by older lads I didn’t even know just because I was a brother. It was frustrating and probably why I ended up being just like them at one point.
