It's bloody obvious why he started Ballard mind, we need that physical strength defending set pieces against these.

Le fee had a couple of chances in our half where the ball came to him and with his first touch opened about five yards of space around him

imagine that tech and iq in the centre circle

at the moment it’s in the sideline and ostracised

Dan Neil has been pretty good defensively mind, hopefully once we get rooted in this game we’ll see some positives going forward

?? He's doing his job very well. How often did Rudoni get in a dangerous position centrally in the first half. He's not an attacking midfielder, he's there to break up play and he's doing that.

They look dangerous in the final third and pass well. Not taking chances though. I don't like us hoofing the ball from patto, play from the back and build .
    We'll win anyway :emoticon-0148-yes: <laugh>

I thought he did get pushed over getting in behind. Strong hand in the middle of his back. I’m going to say this. I think we’ll score one on the break as it opens up. If we can keep defending like this …

I think it is partly down to them. They've dropped Grimes so deep that he's practically centre half to get on the ball. In a way, it's the perfect counter to the possibility of us pressing high because they'll play around us. If they're brave enough to push him 10 yards up the pitch we'll get a chance in behind them imo.

We do need a spell of possession. Just a bit of control to take the edge out of the game.
