I would have thought, given the injury and the clearly premeditated attack judging by the in-pub CCTV, that the GBH threshold was crossed.

Don’t think it would matter who come in to Kalman because it would likely mean owner would be staying if these decisions are being made, and he said if the owner is staying he ain’t or to some extent.

I remember a City fan getting serious prison time for throwing a plastic glass within about 10 feet of a copper outside a pub possibly Eagle. This guy needs to go down.
