Cirkin is getting in some great positions but his final ball has been shocking

 

How are we playing? Ok but without any threat?

As it stands

 

2-1 WBA, Luton in big bother

 

I wish RLB would work that out but bit late now.

 

Imo same as last week. Maybe a bit more attacks to be expected at home but really concerning so far for me.

 

Some of our play on the ball has looked good, getting Le Fee and Cirkin in good positions with the ball but final ball has been poor. Defensively we are a mess

We are playing better but the final pass has failed to find Mayenda

 

This isn’t the massive improvement we were looking for before going into playoffs

 

Thundering into the play off in fantastic form.

 

This is our main source of width with this personel. We need Cirkin on the constant overlap, but that means we've got to account for that in our defensive coverage.

If Cirkin's delivery had been better, we would have created more today than the whole of last month. Hopefully he just needs to dial in a little bit more.

 

just want to add I'm not being critical, I'm being realistic.

 

This is the problem with 'it doesn't matter its like another pre-season' the last two looks like he has put them out to get back into form and it's not there.

The truth is they were struggling for weeks before that period anyway, the results were coming in but they didn't dominate any matches! The best performances were against those above us!

 

We've been better and more aggressive on the ball imo, but the final delivery hasn't been there. I think that's leaving space for them to exploit and dropping Jobe deeper than Neil isn't working for me. Maybe we need Samed in as a natural 6 if we need Cirkin to compensate for not having Mundle.

 

Cirkin has been the only positive for me. Nice to see someone overlap on the left and gives us a bit extra. Ultimately nowhere near enough though.

 

Roberts is hilarious. Does he know he's playing against an out of position 35 y/o?
