T'internet died after 20minutes so had to go old school, listening to the radio sat in the car. Brilliant result and I would love to see the 3 goals I missed and the celebrations at the end. Someone chuck me a link with the highlights please. MOT.
Quite right too. Nothing to celebrate about going to the premier league for a surefire relegation season.
Morning all. Missed the game last night as the local bar couldn’t get his internet connection in time, only caught up with the result on here today. Sounds like I missed a cracker.
I heard it was a free bar after in peacock so you couldn’t miss that. Actually I did. We left ground at 10.30 shattered
Can concentrate from tomorrow on the utterly ridiculous idea of sacking Farke. Back at ferry for last leg of this seasons travels. A happy busload here
Was agreed among those in the know that the deportivo game was the last one as good. It really was special Marcos. Lufc appears to be in a really good place so hopefully nobody does Anything to Mess it up
When it comes to the play offs, forget who the best team is, it’s about holding nerve. Sheffield have never been promoted through them, they’ll not be playing with any confidence, they’ve been very lucky this season, they’re not that good, Sunderland can’t buy a win at present, both Bristol and Coventry have allowed those nerves to creep in. If one of you can enjoy the football and get back to their normal game it’s there for the taking
With all due respect to Bristol City I said within minutes of the kick off their players looked shell shocked at just how good we were. On the basis that we recognise how big our task is likely to be next year, not sure where that leaves any of the teams in the Play Offs. On another note, if that was Bristol City set up to try and get something out of the game to secure their Play Off spot, it is going to be interesting watching Plymouth set up for a 15 goal victory
I was in row C cheese wedge with three of my lads. Fantastic atmosphere, great chants. Downside being a short arse, I could see any of the pitch celebrations with everyone on their seats. But **** it.
Squeaky bum time now for us!! All the odds are in our favour; points advantage, home form, struggling opposition, sellout crowd - we don’t do well in those circumstances
